Pescarolo C60 Le Mans 2004 Ref P24036

For its team Pescarolo Sport, Henri Pescarolo chooses an Yves Courage chassis, in first a C56 and after the C60. With the arrival of André de Cortanze in the team, the C60 is profoundly modified and in 2004, this car changes its name and becomes the first Pescarolo. The Peugeot engine (V6 turbo) is replaced by a Judd V10 of 5 liters cc.
Two cars are entered in the race of the 24 hours of Le Mans 2004: the n°17 driven by S. Bourdais, N. Minassian et E. Collard and the n°18 by S. Ayari, E. Comas et B. Treluyer. During the race , the n°18 is a long time in third position but finishes the race in a beautiful 4e place due to some mechanicals problems.
